6 March , 2024, Urbancubes Sdn Bhd and Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd visited the Chuping Valley Industrial Area (CVIA), Perlis, to explore strategic collaborations with the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA).

The engagement aimed to strengthen ties and discuss opportunities for partnership, particularly in the development of Centralised Labour Quarters (CLQ) and other industrial initiatives.

During the session, Urbancubes Sdn Bhd also expressed interest in future collaborations with Kedah Rubber City (KRC), a 1,244-acre industrial park set to spearhead Malaysia’s rubber industry. The discussions reflect a shared vision for sustainable growth, innovation, and economic advancement in the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER).
